What Is BOUNDS
BOUNDS is a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution offered by JUMP Technology Services for programs that work with any type of application process or licensing of community providers. The system runs in modern browsers including Edge, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari. As with all JUMP systems, the configurable list management and configurable provider forms means that your program can make changes without additional programming costs.
The three main components of the system eliminate inefficient and time-consuming communications between program administration, providers, and the public.
Program Administration
Providing tools for managing facility details with easy to use screens and navigation, BOUNDS makes it easy to associate and manage people, issue and track licenses, schedule and complete surveys, review incident reports, manage enforcement and complaint investigations, handle discharge appeals, and more.
Provider Portal
This component provides a two-way communication between the program and the provider. Information is published to the providers via the portal by users of the main program system.
Public Search
The public search tools can be linked from the program’s public website. The tools allow the public to locate information about providers including their survey results, populations served, and a link to Google maps. All information in the public search has been published by the program with a click of a button so that information is not made available until it has been approved.
